In one hand he holds Tlaloc, in another he has Telesto, in the other Icebreaker, in the last one 1K Voices. with max DPS he can be eight-phased with a fireteam of 12 in a 6 man raid, if he kills anyone it puts him back to full health. His stomp mechanic can oneshot people into walls but you can only kill him with swords do to the boss fight being in a tiny room at point blank range. You have to have a flawless raid run and boss kill for world's first.
