We could never ally with the Hive. Savathûn murdered guardians, impersonated Osiris, and caused Xivu Arath to march on the Dreaming City. If anything, Xivu would be thanking us. She probably views Savvy as a traitor to the greater Hive. Maybe we could use intelligence from the Savathûn if she was rezzed, but we could never fight with the Hive. Remember how uneasy people were with the Cabal and Fallen alliance? Well those two races were led by creatures with good intentions that weren't affiliated with Dominus Ghaul or the House of Devils. Mithrax actually was used to working with the light.
To ally with Savathûn puts us with the foe that caused the Great Disaster by manipulating Crota and his brood, impersonated and possibly doomed the greatest Warlock of all time, and has caused countless final deaths over the years, recently stealing the Traveller from the Last City to try to keep it safe.
So yeah, there isn't a high likelihood of an alliance with the Hive similar to our Red Legion and House Light alliances.

That’s true, an alliance would be something that people would be against, yet it’s not impossible. There’s still a chance where players could ally themselves with the hive even for a moment against a greater common enemy if it threatens all life and ways of life.

Yes, but there would definitely not be a trusting alliance. I mean, Mithrax and Saint are best buds, and so are Caiatl and Zavala (ಠ_ಠ). The Hive would just be more hated than tolerated.
