Hey there. It is just a visual bug, yeah. It still says you have not completed the glows, even when you clearly have, same for everyone. But having the glow means you completed all the Solstice quests, you're all done, the reward is the glow on the class item which you've got. So you can just ignore that message in Eva's inventory.
