Ironically enough.
Legendary lost sectors are (for the effort input required) one of the most rewarding activities in the game.
No other activity in destiny's 8 year history is almost endlessly farmable with a 3-8 minute completion time that has a 25% chance at dropping an exotic in a specific slot.
Granted adding additional loot other than exotics would be nice.
Maybe more enhancement cores or whatever for killing all the champions

25% chance what are you smoking I've been at this for 3 hours with 2 characters and 6 min average completion and I've gotten one exotic .....if the whole purpose of these lost sectors is grinding exotics for how difficult it is I think.i deserve more exotics than that, When it was the glinted lost sector 2 days ago, I ran 75 to get 5 exotics ......thats whack The way its presented is that this should be easy rewards to help with build crafting, as it sits , one mistake you die, and I've gotten 100k gimme with no exotics came to write a post and saw the author had some commen sense, where's yours ?

Well I do actually play the game and out of 100 osh runs i got 2 exotics sooo that makes it 2.5% not 25%so I think your just wrong man , im just upset like you got so much free time or hate yourself so much that you'd disagree with op about making an activity more rewarding, .....it literally just took 3 solid hours to get 2 exotics running them 5-6 minutes , thats not satisfying or fun, I didn't need all this glimmer and....thats it hours and hours of work for 15 cores and 2 exotics, id rather run master nightfalls, those are fun and I usually actually have a 25% chance to drop exotics ....to bad that 3/4 exotics i got where aeon Swifts......

The lost sectors for the last 3 days are probably the easiest ones there are. Got caught up on exotics on all my characters and got each lost sector down to sub 4 minute runs on master. My best was 3:12 for a clear. Averaged an exotic every 3rd run and got so many enhancement cores. Ran a few extra to stock up. Though, I don’t use Lost Sectors for exotic farming, I run Master and GM Nightfalls on double rewards week. Not only an exotic every run but shards and golf balls. Unless the Lost sector is one of these 3-4 minute run ones like the last 3 days.
