if he is basically signed into his Xbox as you... then the system is going to see it as you playing on Xbox and not your friend signed in as you on a different xbox...

But its going to show different parts of the country lol And above about the quote from bungie saying about other people using your account in pvp to get rewards is basically what you are doing. Letting someone grind your account for a reward. You'll probably be fine but there's still that tiny chance.
