Hey, yesterday i checked out the game at 10 PM GMT+1 (after the maintenance), i only logged in for 20 minutes but didn't had any specific issues. But today, issues started happening, at first, i started my game, i was on the witch queen title screen and suddenly, the game froze and closed (CTD). At first, i thought i had hit alt+F4 by mistake, but the, i started the game again, i was able to login, select the tower, but then it crashed again. Third time, i start the game, and when the music start to play: the game crash. I tried launching another, more demanding game, demanding applications, emulators, VMs, nothing, no issues. I checked my temps, which are around 60°C which is a bit high but i played the game with worse temps without issue. My drivers haven't changed but just to be sure, i re-installed the same version (512.59) (and not the latest version as it has been said they were borked since a month or 2 ago). Other drivers are fine, most important drivers are updated or on a version that's considered stable. So just to be sure, i changed an existing VM's config real quick, passed through my GPU, gave it 4 cores, half my memory, and the drive where the game is stored. The result is the same: the game crash randomly. I've check the event viewer and the name of the app that crashed is "bad_module_info" ? So i was wondering if others are experiencing issues and therefore a poll i available just to give me an idea of how many players are experiencing those issues. I also checked and apparently, there are no ways to contact the support to report any kind of bugs or performance issues provided on bungie's website, which is weird to say the least.

  • Hi there! Please follow the steps outlined below to provide an accurate system report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running. 1. Restart your machine. 2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so). 3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly. 4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool. 5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file. 6. Go to pastebin.com 7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box. 8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button. 9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.
