I bought the deluxe edition and no....

You're an idiot. It's not entitlement when we've already paid over $100 for this year's content - which so far has been lackluster and filled with reskins of old content. Not to mention the fact that most games don't charge anywhere near that much annually. We now pay for dlcs and seasons separately. Furthermore we pay for DUNGEONS separately from both dlc and seasons. More content gets dumped into evervesrse each season than is dumped into the game. Now they want us to pay for an additional reward card too? Why? That being said, my suggestion tk everyone is to NOT buy the card. The rewards on it are so bad it isn't worth it. Just a plain emote. A ghost and ship, and....a ghost projection of ...a cookie.

It's not entitlement when we feel like we've been ripped off for the content we DID pay for I'm saying. Bungie is getting so damn greedy with how much we are buying and how little we are actually getting back. They sunset our crap and then reskin and re issue it to us. The event handcannon is literally a skin of the crucible one. The issue here isn't paying. It's paying for nothing. Why on earth is bungie so lazy, that they can't even design a unique weapon for any of their events? Why are they just old guns with new paint? It's pure laziness. If I did the equivalent job that they did in my work, I'd be fired. And whoever in their team is making those calls SHOULD be fired.

It's not haters, it's people that feel ripped off. You can't genuinely stand there and say that designing 1 new weapon style for an event is too hard. If they can't do it they should find a job they CAN do. Their JOB is to create content. Reskining the same gun 4 times over is not that. And if they think it is, we should all be walking from this game

They could literally leave everything the EXACT same, just change how it looks. You're telling me that designing 1 new weapon skin is too hard to do? I know graphic designers that can do it in less than an hour. Hell, my brother could do it in a few hours. They wouldn't need to put in any effort other than the art and adding the existing coding into it.

No I think what you said is nonsensical. I mean do you actually believe your own words? Do you think it's better for bungie to continue pushing playlist activities as event content? And that it's better when they reskin the same couple of guns over and over instead of making new things? I mean genuinely I don't understand the position. You talk about it like this is a hard concept when it's not. If we're paying to continue playing this game every year, then it should be worth it. The cost of this year alone is more than paying for a full game.

I never said I was mad. I said it showed bungies laziness. In combination with all the lackluster content so far this year as a whole - at such a high cost. That's disappointing and frustrating. I'm not angry about the skin. I've just lost faith in this company being able to deliver a good event

This is how i feel, the only thing of interest to me in the event card was the skateboard emote. It looked interesting. Was i ever going to use it? Most likely not as im going for the ginyu emotes. Events used to give emblems, shaders, ships, sparrows, emotes, all for just completing triumphs, look at last season and guardian games, or dawning before that. I could have sworn bungie said paying for the event card gives you these rewards faster. But no, you get them in general if you buy the card, I see no point in buying the card. But youtubers are going to buy them and tell all their fans to buy them as well. Its annoying. I oaud $120 on this year (deluxe edition 30th anniversary bundle), why must I also pay for the event? Im just grinding for the 1200 bright dust each week and saving for halloween to get the mech armor.
