Bruh, LoW needs a nerf so badly lol, that's insane, I had no idea

It’s been nerfed at least twice, and yet almost everyone I’ve come across with it has failed to kill me with it, it was un touched after the first nerf for over 1.5 years and one streamer talked about it and it’s usage jumped up immensely overnight. It’s only relevant now because it’s burst dmg overrides all those infinite healing buffs everyone uses.
