I just have to laugh at the screwed up system they have created. Most haunted weapons and those 2 should take like 1-2 deepsights to learn recipe for because let’s face it they are vault dweller weapons you can get perfect rolls on. Weapon crafting needs re-tuning not copy 5 deep sight requirement to all weapons and have tons of junk with same requirements as good stuff. Needs tiered progression where you get the trash stuff first then the good stuff but instead we get odd focusing variants that turn into get good stuff and not want to screw with the bad stuff because running same event 100+ times for bad weapons is bad and repetitive.

Don’t even know why deepsight was a thing. When weapon crafting was first introduced I thought it would’ve just had an upgrade and attachment/detachment system that cost materials. Meaning you can alter the scope, barrel, and perks on the guns at the cost of destination material, gunsmith materials, legendary shards, and maybe encamped cores or prisms. I know the method is easier for others, but I prefer old RNG in farming a god roll until it drops. Most of the time it’ll drop on 1st attempt to 7th attempt.
