Try turning off your system and unplug it to reset the stored memory in your system. Used to work for me few patches ago. (same issue on ps5)

    Glad to hear it. It was a while back, but I think i read somewhere, it's a console issue, when some of the data doesn't load properly. I think it's corrupt or missing code tied to the textures and shaders of weapons or armor. The issue will come back eventually fyi. Instead i just make sure I turn my system off now instead of standby or sleep mode everyonce in a while.
