I have the exact same issue, it's been 3 days and bungie support is not helping, the person on the other side even claimed I already downloaded the code which was just not true, I purchased witch queen for 66 and legacy for 22 and only got the code for legacy.

    Oh no!!! That is not good. Did the other person say you downloaded the code for both of them? Same here, I got the Witch Queen Deluxe + 30 years for 66.

  • Yup got that exact one, it’s funny cause I figured I’d support them and purchase directly from Bungie instead of steam but with this much trouble for this, never again lol. Our best bet is to just wait at this point. I hope they get to you.

  • Thanks for sharing you case. Yeah, I don't think I'd buy from them again either. I mean, it's 2022 and this is just a digital key. This key should have been available to us immediately after the purchase is completed. Even waiting for the 24-48 hours period is unacceptable these days. Live and learn, I guess. No contact from their support yet.

    Silence here too. I work for a very large company, not in the customer support, but I've seen how they work. Usually (but not always), when they are silent about a specific issue is because they are aware of what's going on and they are waiting for a fix (or an ETA) before replying to all support tickets regarding that issue. So this is a good thing, it means they are aware and they are working on it. Now, I am not experienced with Bungie's support. So silence could also mean bad customer service, plain and simple. I'll try to be hopeful here... Btw, they have removed the 30% discount from Bungie Store.

  • ya, I saw that. I'm gonna hope for the best and not the worst. Heard one dude say that when you ski near trees you don't look at the trees, you look at the path. when you focus on the tree (bad thing) you will then hit the tree. it's a race then, who gets the code first wins haha.

    I've been smashing that refresh on my Junk folder since Tuesday. I did get new junk mail between Tuesday and today (it was enlightening to see what kinds of stuff goes in there), but none was Bungie's. Would you mind sharing when you purchased yours and which version, Megatron? Was it the Witch Queen Deluxe + 30 years (SKU: BGM21003100)?
