1. You only have 11 clears…with only 9 of them looted runs.
2. It’s simply RNG. If you want more chances, then create other character classes & run the raid on them for loot.
3. If you want a refund, then you speak to whatever retailer you made the purchase through. You are subject to their refund policy.

So how do I see the number of clears and “looted runs”? I swear I’ve done this activity far more times. And as far as “simply RNG” why doesn’t “RNG” see that I don’t use grenade launchers or pulse rifles????? And why do I keep getting them???? I bought this through PlayStation please advise......

1. Raid.report. 2. Because then the R in RNG becomes less R. And there’s more to the loot than just what you use. We need these things for triumphs/titles/etc.

https://raid.report/ps/4611686018518221016 By looking at your game history I can see you have attempted the raid quite a few times. But as raid report says, you have only completed 11. You only receive loot on your first run per week per character. As mentioned above you have only 9 looted runs, so 9 chances at the glaive. I recommend making a character of each of the other classes for more opportunities each week. Good luck guardian!

So if I unlock this on other characters types that I don’t use will I have it on the hunter that I do use? Could I create other hunters and have more chances at this? All very frustrating. At this point I’m really ready to call it quits. So I’ve completed the raid 11 times, and continually get the same stuff OVER AND OVER!

You can make a second hunter but will only get one chance at pinnacle gear. Bungie wants us to use all three classes.
