Can you please provide screenshots of your active quests, the quests available in the New Light section of the Quest Kiosk (located next to the Postmaster at the Tower or in the HELM), and your interaction screen with Ikora? https://imgur.com/a/nbANrP7 I am wondering if my Learning Light quest is bugged because it says the next and final step is in the Tower but I see no quest marker on my map anywhere on the tower - very confusing.
