Internet Restrictions

I recently had my pvp shut down because of internet issues I guess since Bungie has no type of customer service set up for their product I’m figuring taking up a refund for the purchase of this game would have to taken up with Sony Since they didn’t specify that bad internet connections would result in the game removing a customer from advertised sections of the game prior to purchasing their product

  • Allo there, The EULA which you agreed to when signing into the game for the first time would state that Bungie can restrict / ban you from the game for whatever reason. Having internet issues can impact other players so Bungie will restrict you for a short time in order for you to fix the issue. If you can't fix it then yojd need to stay out of PvP or face longer restrictions. If you wish to have a refund then you'll need to speak to the retailer you bought the content from.
