I might be wrong because this is not documented somewhere, but I am 85% sure about this: You can barely [u]not[/u] get double 100 with full legendary gear. The maximum, a legendary armor piece can roll is 68. Of these, a maximum of 34 roll in the top 3 stats and a maximum of 34 in the bottom 3 stats. Now since the minimum per stat is 2, that means out of the 34 points in the top half, a maximum of 32 can roll across mobility and resilience. 4 armor pieces like this +5x masterwork stats+5x stat mods is then 32*4+20+50=198 and we are short 2 points of double 100 in two of the upper three stats. [u]However[/u]: Certain armor seem to be capable of breaking this pattern. I have for example the following shards of Galanor: 7,3,26 --- 8,23,2 Not only is this a sixty-nine piece (nice), but the top three stats add up to 36, which could allow for shenanigans. This is theoretical. Getting a roll like that is quite unlikely and then you need legendary armor to complement that almost exactly on the point to then barely reach the double 100 in two upper stats. [u]Also[/u]: You can use stat boosting fragments to aid if need be.

  • I did get a helmet and a chest at a max 68 today. First time ever mind you. I have been using a Discipline mod and it has been hit and miss with getting Resilience or Mobility. Rare is it I get a Recovery spike.
