It needs another super, middle tree cant be anymore useless, oh look I am going to twirl my electric pole for a few seconds What if Hunters had a super kind of like Volt from Warframe, a way to totally fry everything around the area, they slam there pole in the ground and it creates a wide electric Shockwave, killing everything inside it -
The only thing not entirely new is something like hunter nightstalker blades, (I forgot what it's called). It'll have an increased swing rate than the arc staff but less range.
