Is this what you call a AAA Game & Company?

Stuttering since the beginning of Season 17. A company that does not accept support tickets and posts a KNOWN Issue for months now and no word of a fix, or that it is even being worked on. I have over 3500 hours in this game and I don't even want to think about $$$. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BUNGIE!!! FIX THE STUTTERING!!!! Feel free to ignore this post if you are NOT Bungie or a Bungie employee. I have no way to express my disappointment other than here, steam and social media over this mess! This is my favorite game and I cannot even play it at this point without feeling like I am going to have a siezure!

      • This is why I went well above what was reasonablly sane (waking up at 3am, clicking refresh for 3 hours at a time twice a week for 9 months is NOT sane) to find a retail priced PS5. Well that and intrusive doesn't even work anti-cheat. My poor gaming PC has been demoted to office work!

      • Ah yes, the classic memory leak. Best thing we can do is just restart the game when this occurs. I am not sure there is any way on our ends to fix it, correct me if I am wrong. This was pretty bad for me last season, but randomly stopped.

        • Trust me bro, I know the feeling. I was one of the unlucky few who got affected by the VRAM leak resulting in me being unable to play the game, at all, because I get what feels like negative fps. And guess what? They STILL haven't acknowledged, yet alone addressed the actual issue, (same thing goes for the memory leak too). Keep in mind that the VRAM leak has been reported all the way back in Beyond light. It started around beyond light, got a little more noticeable during the 30th anniversary (more people were reporting), with the WQ it got pretty noticeable, and with the launch of this current season, REALLY noticeable. Despite this, Bungo continues to do what they always have done best, run away from the issue(s), and pretend like they don't exist via not acknowledging them and not fixing them. It's actually kinda hilarious at this point. And don't even get me started on the hours point man, I'm a D1 vet, and across both games, I probably am somewhere in the 7-9k hour range. At this point, I just treat me getting affected by the VRAM leak as a pseudo soft perma ban, and tbh, it's whatever at this point. I personally wouldn't be surprised if what I said was actually true too, knowing this company, and given my forum activity. For all the -blam!- I give this game, I still love it, and only do it because I want the game to be better, but that seems to not be the current meta, it would seem. As such, and really since 2020, I've been playing other games and been having a blast.
