51 attempts is 17 weeks worth of looted runs, and it definitely hasn't been 17 weeks yet.
It's only 3 attempts per week like other end-game raid drops.

yeah but i run it multiply times with each char and its not like 1 chance and then not anymore until reset ;)

Unless I'm mistaken, it was once per character per week just like the other raid exotics.
