Probably not but they are in a decent spot. Adaptive and precision frames are sitting pretty at .8ttk. The problem with that is that pulse rifles have similar if not better ttks and better range. Aggressive frames are probably in the worst spot because of ttk but a well rolled gun can be fun in 6s. Rapid frames are the sleeper pick though. A .77ttk is decent but the range is awful. I think sweet sorrow has 17zoom and can roll enhanced tap the trigger and enhanced killing wind. Pretty nasty.
