Hey there. Unfortunately, the 90-day waiting period is a mandatory security feature that cannot be bypassed for any reason.

but my steam isn't showing i have any dlc or season pass even thow the purchase's where on steam and latest dlc was gifted to me on steam i was gifted deluxe edition one but its said i didnt have it or season pass when i got on is my main issue.

Hey again. Did you buy them on steam after you activated cross save? It looks like your main characters were on Xbox. So when you cross saved, your Xbox characters became your primary characters. So when you bought the expansions and season passes, they became associated with your Xbox characters instead of your steam ones.

the other thing is all that time spent to earn exotics and stuff is gone. that really sucks i lose it all i worked hard for it

They will still be on your Xbox characters.
