Are you running an NVidia GPU?
If you are then roll back drivers from 516.40 (Latest released 15/06/22) to 512.95 (Released 24/05/22), there is an issue with the latest drivers and its crashing D2.
Rolling back to prior drivers fixed the issue for quite a few of us.

I'm on PS4. It is not my internet connection as my son's XboX series X works fine. My VOIP phone also is not having any issues either. This is all a Bungie issue, and they need to fix this. This is highly unacceptable.
