I'd like to see a Stasis Glaive, maybe with a Perk to generate Stasis Crystalls on kills for those PvE builds that take advantage of Headstone.

Chill clip would be cool if it also worked for the melee after reloading.

Do available Glaives may roll with Rampage? If yes, does that work for melee attacks?

I don’t think any kill perks work with the melee, outside of grave robber. So even if it does have Rampage, it will only work with the projectile attack.
