You can. The point was, at the time I did not have the weapon deep deepsight focusing unlocked so I had to do the legend psiops because the last three insight upgrades were there. Managed to do it in the end. I'm loving it at level 1. Can't wait to get the enhanced perks in there. I combined it with null composure to 1 phase the heroic nightfall boss.
