Cold steel, applies 75 stasis stacks and requires 1-2 ammo per hit.(75 stacks to make the consecutive rapid melees can freeze players since the stacks deplete so fast. Or maybe upon freeze it consumes ammo. (Grave robber cold steel perk combo)
