Game not responding/crashing on Steam-version
During starting the game and loading into an activity my game crashes with no error code.
Task Manager shows it as "not responding".
The crash-handler process isn't starting.
The issue happens since the last patch.
Reinstalling the game had no effect.
I use the steam-version of the game.

Fixed the issue by disabling the „Shader-Cache“ within the nvidia system-settings

Yeah same issue with myself still you'd think Bungie would be on this by now but nope. it's fine to take our money but not actually fix their game. looks like another week of missing out on activities/ raids with friends.

3 RepliesTodays hotfix changed nothing with the problem. It still keeps randomly crashing on game-start or activity-start. Just in case someone need my PCs stats: - AMD 3900X - RTX 3080 - AsRock B550 steel legend - 32 GB RAM - Samsung 980 PRO 1TB - 1000W power supply

2 RepliesSame here. Sometimes it works fine other times the game hard locks and I can't switch to any other window. Have to restart or log off. Can't even get to task manager to close the game.

yup ever since the most recent hotfix the game has been borderline unplayable, crashing on loads, on start up, on activity start, any place you can think of the game will lock up. I am trying to validate my files on steam
