Purchased DLC through Xbox App is gone

I recently purchased Destiny 2 Legacy Collection, and Destiny 2 Witch Queen on the Xbox App. I played the game for the past week. After the latest update, I lost my license to the game again and the purchased DLC disappeared from my account completely. It is as though I never purchased the DLCs to begin with.
