Triumph does not read activity.
Did the whole duality dungeon solo in 2 parts: (start until before caitl) & (caitl until end).
The game did not read the activity hence the 'Solo Thoughtstealer' triumph cannot be collect/redeem.

Because it has to be completed in one sitting, no interruptions whatsoever.

you exited the dungeon before and then used the boss cp so it's not a full solo run Sorry to say but your fault
