I never understand people that are willing to sit in guided games for an hour but not willing to lfg for like 10mins max

At a guess, One is passive, I press one button, and it does all the work for me, and even finds me someone who is *willing* to help. The other is an active search, with no real guarantee the other players want to teach (especially with KWTD, or "banner required") For people who get anxious over details like that it's an easy call to make. But that's just a guess, I have no issue with LFG personally

💯. Exactly why I was in Guided Games. I wanted a group who wanted to help, versus rolling the dice on a LFG group. I have no problem with the LFG process through the Bungie app, mostly. However, as was said, it isn't a curated group of willing to help, willing to finish, and willing to be respectful participants. Perhaps this is a fantasy that could never come true, but I think that Bungie attempting it means that there was something to it. Per the usual, they just need help with the incentives to make us want to use their system.
