7.5 years of playing this franchise and it's the only thing I've ever complained about the game.
And maybe lag, but that's more of a rant than an actual complaint.
Nerf whatever you like, buff whatever you like, put whatever you want in the dvc, sell whatever in eververse, make any change you can think of and I don't care, I will adapt.
Just stop kicking me out of my menuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!
Or at the very least, remember which menu I was in and return there first 👍

It’s to prevent the game from deleting items. If you were switching guns when loading into a place, you’d risk loosing them. Just be glad that destiny allows you to open and manage your inventory while loading.

I'm not talking about managing my inventory though. I could be doing a number of things, looking at quests, inspecting other people, seeing what's in the store, looking at weekly challenges...the list goes on. How hard would it be to remember which rabbit hole I've gone down and then put me back there.

Lol I've heard the same nonsense for nearly 8 years. I get why it kicks you out, for item protection. But there is zero reason why it can't remember which sub menu you were previously in.
