Bug: Anti-Barrier Pistol Mod / Artifact

Hello Guys, I can't activate the first mod in the artifact (Pistol // Anti-Barrier). It doesn't work with any character. Resetting the artifact didn't help either.

The mod is currently disabled. You are not supposed to be able to use/unlock it at this time.
