I've previously unlocked (and even applied to armor) the Cinder Pinion Grasps as ornaments but I am now unable to apply it to armor. I've verified the armor I'm trying to equip it to isn't already Cinder Pinion Grasps and I can equip the Vanguard variant (Phobos Warden Grasps) but not the Cinder Pinion Grasps. I've also verified they are unlocked in my collections and that I don't have the option to unlock them again. Also this is only an issue on my Hunter, as I have the option to unlock them without issue on my Titan. I've seen a few other posts about this issue but none of them seem to have been addressed, figured I'd see if anything is being done about this, I've attached screenshots via the Imgur link for reference, see above.
