DLCs do not transfer, but they work on the platform you are using your Cross-Saved characters
So, if you Cross-Save by setting your Steam account as main, but keep playing on PS5, and you bought the DLC on PS5, that will work.

Thank you so much Cris! This 'sounded' like the case, but they stress so hard the 90 day lockout if you deactivate the cross save that I didn't want to be wrong! Cheers legend
