Flawless Dungeon triumph not awarded
I did the Pit of Heresy without dying but was not awarded the triumph. It was logged correctly on DestinyTracker. Is this a known issue?

1 ReplyGreetings! There was a change made around Beyond Light that made it so the entire fireteam has to go flawless to complete any dungeon flawless triumph. Unfortunately, you'll have to run it again without any fireteam deaths.
