Both this season and last season I completed a seasonal challenge I had tracked in my ghost, but upon completing them, the challenge remained in the tracker at full percentage(Risen), and seems to have been replaced by a future challenge(Haunted): I believe it was Mid-Range Calibration, got replaced with Crematory Fist, which isn't listed yet and does not gain progress
