The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition, Season pass got connected to wrong platform

So I bought and installed the Witch queen deluxe edition on Steam, and afterwards I thought it might be a good idea to bring along my old characters from my PS4 platform, so I enabled cross save and started playing Destiny 2 on Steam. Now the weird thing is that I can see in game (on steam) that I have the deluxe edtition, but I do not have access to the season pass (which I get prompted to aqcuire with silver on eververse). When I look at the Bungie.net website on my account, it seems like the season pass has been connected to the PS4 platform instead of steam, which was never my intention. Could someone help out with this? any dev/customer support?

In your case if you bought the expansion pack on Steam and then activated cross save, that would have bound the passes/keys to your Steam account's save file. Since you activated cross save you are no longer using that save file as you are using your PSN save. You can try filling out the form at the bottom of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351]this page[/url], there is no guarantee they can fix it but they can look into it. Please be as detailed as possible in your description of the situation. They will review the request in the order that it was received during normal workday hours.
