In the mission, step 1 "Investigate Hive activity" would normally progress when you enter Sorrow's Harbor. This is not happening and as a result I cannot progress the quest to step 2. I've moved around the area, restarted etc. Waited a day. I can literally do the nightmare activity and stuff and nothing happens with the quest. I believe I need to do this to unlock an altar near Eris to progress a separate exotic quest. This is very annoying as now I need to switch storylines until it is fixed. Also Eris is blinking but has nothing for me and I can't take her bounties until this quest is done.
