1. The cap limit on certain materials is there for a reason. We are not intended to have vast amounts of them from season to season and are supposed to be using them. 2. The postmaster is not for storage but as a second chance to pick up items you missed. Anything left in your postmaster is at your own risk. This has been the same since day one of D1.

 • I understand there is a cap limit for a reason. However if we cant stack any higher but we can hold a seperate stack in our postmaster then its naturally going to act as a second storage. Plus, Bungie has had issues in the past with important items related to quests getting kicked to postmaster and then kicked out of the postmaster. Adding some type of priority system to protect important items would be beneficial. But also the argument that this has been the same since D1 is pointless, because change is good. Why even have a collections tab? You want to have access to these random pieces of eververse/exotic/armor/emblems/anything? It wasn't in D1 at the beginning, and was only added later on in a limited capacity for exotics. Things can change and should change for the better. But whatever, it's like you said I shouldn't use it as storage. I'm full on ascendant shards and have been for a while so I'll never do a GM ever again until I happen to need one. And even then why bother, I have plenty of enhancement prisms that can be turned into shards so who cares at all. Do you see what I am saying? I want to do this content for the rewards, but I have nowhere to put these incredibly small stacks of ascendant shards. But I also sometimes want to do content that has lots of mobs, and they drop an ungodly amount of blue drops that are useless until an expansion drops (and even then only useful until at soft cap anyway). As I said, I know the inventory cap isn't gonna change because Bungie wants to limit the higher tier players ability to max out stats on any new gear they release. So all I'm asking for are quality of life improvements to the postmaster so I don't have to think about how many trash drops I'm getting. Maybe an auto dismantler for blues? That would be nice, and reduce the dismantle fatigue I feel anytime I finish any activity.
