These clowns have no idea what they're doing. On Twitter, they say go to the help forums if you have a problem. In the forums, they guilt trip you for having a bad time playing their game and tell you that they only respond on Twitter.
It's just a runaround. Nobody at Bungo actually listens or cares that 95% of their player base has quit because their own community is toxic as hell. The only people they listen to are streamers and sweats and those are literally the worst people in the whole game.
You don't matter. I don't matter. Shut up and pay for the game, that's all they want out of us.

I wouldn’t say that’s totally true. People don’t work in this industry unless they have a passion for it and we’ve been told bungie hires players too who are just as into the game as anyone else. I will say the way customer support is setup is a complete joke, like you discover a genuine issue with something and are told to crowd source your solution. Even if a customer support couldn’t help it always feels better knowing someone cared about your issue

I’ve never heard of a company saying this
I’ve never heard of a company saying this
A company, no. Their employees, yes.

It’s no doubt some sort of networking issue. Have wondered why they shut even this website during reset updates downtime? Apparently they are on the same server? They could perhaps put the same notices on their console & PC game log-on? Perhaps in the future. not to mention E1on Mu$k

Dude, I posted an issue a few weeks ago, something not working if I remember (surprise surprise), n a moderator asked me for video proof to prove I wasn't lying. So I said why on earth would I have a video, n why would I lie about a tiny isdue n the guy went off at me about I'm no help to bungie if I'm not recording everything. Told the guy I'm retired n wouldn't know how to video something even if I wanted to, not that I ever would, he basically told me to go away n stop talking nonsense. Absolute joke company

I actually went back in and got a video of it, and the moderator never responded to me again. They don't want to fix it, even with proof the guy would've ghosted you.
