You have the Find Fireteam section, but a lot of solo players refuse to use it. And if you refuse the use the resources at your disposal, then your inability to do higher difficulty content is 100% on you.

Thats cause the fireteam finder sucks sometimes when joining a team you get kicked for whatever reason. LFG is far from reliable.

LFG is far from reliable.[/quote] Then make a post as the host and you don’t have to worry about getting kicked. I use LFG all the time and I have zero issues, even when I’m not the host. I even used it this week for 4 successful VotD runs and 6 VoG runs - one of them being a full Flawless run for the triumph.
