I’ve been going to bed at 10:00 every night since I was in my teens, and now I’m in my late 20s, so I’m pretty sure I’ll be fine.

It’s not that difficult, especially once you get in the habit. I have an alarm at 9:00, and once that rolls around I finish up whatever I’m doing on my games & turn it off. Being an hour early helps counter the “one more level” phenomenon, because even if that happens I can get it turned off by 9:30. From 9-10, I’ll do some writing, which can easily be turned off at any time. If I’m in a good writing streak, I’ll occasionally stay up until 10:30, but almost never past that. Once I’m in bed, I stay off of any social media. No Offtopic, Reddit, Facebook, or whatever you have. I do usually watch a science video or two before I actuall fall ssleep, but they’re only 10 minutes long max. I do usually let myself stay up until 11 on weekends, though.

I have a schedule similar to yours but after doing all my work on time, I have to do kids work (help them with studies, organise their stuff, check homework, respond to teachers notes, etc). My day doesn't have enough hours 🙃

Pfffft, just tell those kids to do their own work! And if they don’t, just lock them in the basement as punishment! It’ll make them strong!

If I lock them in the basement then I'm afraid them might end up as streamers and end up playing toll 3AM in the morning anyway 😂
