Its not meant to be unlockable, its a default armor mod on reverie dawn gear. you'll also never be able to get it to show in collections as owned because the mod itself cant drop.

Riven's Curse: I know how it appears in game, I know how it works. It can still be addressed. If it appears in Collections, there should be a way to obtain it, or a way to attain it in the past. Full-Auto: They could just add it and remove it later, as they've done in the past.
