Hey so, I'm a relatively new player. Started a couple months before witch queen. And since witch queen after realizing all the best builds use mods. I have been getting on every single day to buy all of Ada mods for the day. I have the destiny companion app and check on there as well. My suggestion is of the rotation of her stock can be more consistent. I mean I have seen melee wellmaker In her stock probably 3 times in the last month and not once have I seen well of tenacity. I've been trying to get every single mod so I never have the issue of searching for them again but the rotation of her stock is very inconsistent. Every day she should have different mods..until all mods have been there. Then start over. I shouldn't see melee wellmaker 3 times before getting well of tenacity. I know a lot of d2 players have been around forever and have all the mods but for new players it would be nice if I could collect all of the mods within a couple of months..350 ish mods. 4 a day. Shouldn't take more than 100 days If your getting them daily...but with the current rotation it could take years because the rotation is so Inconsistent.

Ada should have a yard sale every now and then where she sells all mods for a day

Bump times a million. Seriously this method for getting mods, which Bungie has made overly-important, SUCKS! Does Well of Tenacity even exist anymore!!???
-
She should just go through every mod before any repeat.
-
They just need to make it so you can get the mods randomly out in the world, upon match completions, openning chests etc.

Edited by Major-Payne: 5/12/2022 10:23:18 PMIt took 90 days(one season) for us to get them. Just the new ones added per season. I’d like to see them get added to activities for you guys. The more stuff you get into the more chances you have to get them dropped. That’s better than just buying them.

I’m a vet player and man I was missing firepower for years. Had to sign up for a site to email me when it was on sale so I didn’t have to check everyday. Game really needs to just let you buy from collections, no reason to hold new players back so much, especially with how heavily the game is leaning into build crafting now

I'm lucky and have 99% of the mods, there's no reason to hold these back from players.

There needs to be a way to farm mods outside of just checking her stock everyday. Hate to suggest more bounties but maybe add some type of repeatable bounty that specifically rewards mods. It could be as simple as, "do x and get a random mod when you turn this in". Could also have it so the mods were tied to the season they released in. For example, make the bounty requirements to get warmind cell mods tied to using seraph/ikelos weapons. Classic CWL mods could be tied to a certain foundry like hakke. Splicer mods could go with omolon. Maybe unlock void specific mods by grabbing a void specific bounty.

It should simply be available all the time. It took over a year for me to acquire the mods I was missing when I started in early 2021. So, yea, this is a really bad system.
-
Yeah... I started in Season of Arrivals. I'm still missing a single Arc Warmind Mod.
-
Still need lucent blade. She's never sold it.

It's no secret that destiny is incredibly cheap on their loot drops. If you you're missing mods they should have a chance to drop on harder content. Trials wins and nightfall completions.

After I read the first sentence I thought “Oh you poor soul … “
