So many bad takes here i wouldnt even know where to begin. Complaining about shotguns fusions and snipers being in the meta my brother what special weapon do you want in the meta? Did you play during the GL meta because i promise you that was not it. Bungie themselves have said they do not want a double primary meta and i know most players do not want that either. I dont even have to start with the sbmm argument because its so ridiculous bungie has tried both extremes of matchmaking with full sbmm there were players waiting 20+ minutes for a single match that would be a lagfest adding a region lock would make the matches more laggy but increase those wait times even more.
Basically these posts of ideas that would "save" the crucible are so bad they actually make me cringe.

Without SBMM my games are hot garbage where my time isn't respected and I don't get to have fun.

While im sorry that you personally feel your time is not respected youre also a 0.8 overall in pvp im sure its easy for you to say that time searching for matches was not bad for you. But lets say for example someone as myself who has a 1.5 overall and that says im in the top 3.3% and i know im not even some insane player. How many people do I have the option of matching? How many of them live in the east coast of the u.s? Should i be punished for taking the time to get better at pvp and wait 5+ minutes for a quickplay match? Bungie has already implemented sbmm into two pvp game modes and people dont utilize them for any number of reasons most of which are just excuses

You are saying that because you are in the top 3.3% that you are more important than I am. I've been punished for 4 years now. At this point I could care less how long it takes you to queue. PS - how many 6x6 control modes are SBMM? That would be 0. Stop using false equivalence.

Your argument is easily used against you. Is my dollar worth less than yours? Do i deserve to be punished for actively playing the game? While there is no 6v6 mode with sbmm that is the definition of splitting hairs. If you truly felt like 6v6 was wasting your time you would play one of the other modes.

If you made an effort to find the middle people would be less likely to take swipes at you. The people on top never do. So go ahead. Tell me again how my argument is easy to use against me. Do you by any chance have a problem with reading comprehension? I love 6v6. I love control. I love SBMM. If we had a play list with all 3 I would be in there every day.

So long as I am on top? Man i would hate to break it to you but I am not on top im above average but the people on top could run through me with ease. In fact a couple seasons back when trials was at an all time low i matched one streamer 5 times in one week and lost every time. But at no point did i think that bungie needs to make the game easier for me I just wanted to get better. While you may not enjoy the current experience you are having at least you have the option to play. Pure sbmm removes that option from the top players. You can like 6v6 control that is completely okay but to say you have no options is a lie. 4v4 survival and 3v3 elim having sbmm is where you should be playing to practice. I can tell you first hand sbmm would never work in trials so if you truly want to get better you need to stop making excuses lol

PS- now that SBMM is a thing I went from playing 0 matches since April to logging on and playing during my lunch break every day (I also play after work but this is so much fun I can't wait and play at lunch).
