People seem so enthralled by this, it's almost sad. Let me ask those of you complaining about this "not cheese" MEDAL EARNING, point bonus achievement...how exactly does it affect you? Does it pay your bills? Does it earn your money? Does it put food on your table. Does it do anything in your life where you have to, out of sheer self-motivation that you MUST be in the top 10%? That instead of taking advantage of a loophole that not only benefits your team, but actually rewards you for doing so, you all have to complain on the forums about it like these people just broke the law? Now, if my GG was trackable, you'd see that my highest score is 277k, nowhere near the 600-700k you guys are seeing...but b*tching about this is about as sad as complaining about people who take advantage of certain perks/meta's to one phase raid/NF bosses, or whining about those who used to farm kills in Thrallway...

God forbid people just want to have fun while playing a video game event

  • The point of Guardian games, as well as this triumph for an emblem, is to show off your competitive spirit and dedication to the event; The process of earning medals by killing yourself and letting your teammate resurrect you and a buddy, while rotating -blam!-, isn't the same caliber of skill as your entire team flawlessly completes a strike, granting headshots in rapid succession to every enemy, generating the most orbs and ect., removing the purpose of sportsmanship as well as to see who is, quite literally, the "Tower's Finest." I also don't see why you need to ridicule people who bring up this subject as if it is required, either.

  • I love it when people cry about crying. The hypocrisy is palpable.

  • This is funny coming from you :) Does defending Bungie at every corner earn you money? Does it pay your bills? Does it put food on your table? Does b*tching about random people on the internet earn you money? You see, if you are going to spit out a logic, it's gotta work first. It is also ironic for you to say something like " How does this affect you", providing MM to activities also doesnt affect people with clans and existing fireteams but never seen you telling them that using this logic?

  • Well according to them they think there is “prestige” to these emblems. You know…so they can show off to the one clan mate that bothers talking to them.
