If the issue persists, you'll have to contact [url=https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8449-RVDM-7057]Steam Support[/url] as they manage your licenses, not Bungie.

I've done that. It kind of goes in a loop. If you try to contact Steam support, it says to talk to Bungie, and now you're telling me go talk to Steam. Any other thoughts?
