Has much has I would pay for that, the Eliksni would be harder to implement than the Hive, If they did I doubt we would even use the 2 extra arms and they would just be there for show, which would look awkward, however the Hive have the same number of limbs we do , and would probably play the same except be taller -

To be fair hunters can literally yeet two different objects one with each hand and then ADS with a weapon with both hands on the gun while one of the objects is still being thrown. Wheres that third hand coming from? If anything though even if we had the 2 extra arms for show it would be interesting to see what kind of powers they would have. They have their own uniqie way of doing things meanwhile the hive are literally copy pasta'ing us.
