Hey there, sorry just checking - are you looking on the legacy seals tab? On your Triumphs page, there should be a toggle on the left to switch between active and legacy triumphs. Your Chosen seal should be accessible from there. Is that what you are doing, and it is not letting you equip it?

Yes in the Legacy Seals, the seal is lit up, but when I open all of the achievements are greyed out . It gives me the option to apply it, but won't.

That is odd, would you mind taking two screenshots, one of the seal itself, and one of the achievement page? I will escalate to player support.

Hey there, there was a comment added to the ongoing issues tracker, "If you delete a character who has a legacy seal equipped, it can make the seal unavailable", or words to that effect. I see you have a number of deleted characters, could that be the cause? That part at least is a known issue on the tracker, only thing we can do is wait for an update.

I don't believe I've deleted any characters since early in the games life cycle, way before season of the chosen. but thank you for the update.

This is a bit weird, but the triumphs look like they're stuck in 2 different states. In-game has them locked/uncompleted but knows you've had the seal because the Equip text is showing but Bungie.net has them completed but not counting towards the seal (hence the 0/10)

I'm also having this problem. Returned to Destiny after a while away, tried to activate my Chosen title and it won't work. Never had trouble with it before.
