Hi there!
In order to deactivate Cross Save or unlink accounts from profiles, you must be able to authenticate them. Bungie will not unlink unknown or unauthenticated accounts for any reason.

i understand, however my steam account got hacked so i cant authenticate (since i only play on ps i dont want to anyone mess with my account via steam)

Unfortunately, you will need to work with Steam Support further to retrieve your account. As stated in the Cross Save Guide, Bungie cannot remove accounts for any reason, as this would be considered unauthorized.

i undertand and im already doing it, but in the meanwhile i dont want to someone to mess with my destiny account via steam since i dont have acces to steam anymore

As I stated previously, Bungie cannot provide further assistance. You will need to continue to work with Steam Support to retrieve your account.
