Hi there. Has your Steam account been banned or deleted, or are you still able to sign in, but don't have access to a computer to use Steam?

You must authenticate the account with the correct login credentials in order to deactivate Cross Save. Be aware that if after regaining access to the account you decide to deactivate Cross Save, you will not be able to activate it again for 90 days.
