Please see this statement from Bungie regarding the Voice of The Disciple day-one emblem:

Unfortunately if no package is available then the completion requirements were not successfully met for your account.

Hey, I have seen that Tweet, but she never said they were looking into it. She said "[i][b]I believe[/b][/i]" which means she isn't sure if there is or isn't an investigation. I haven't seen anyone from Bungie say they are looking into this, and there hasn't been any mention of this in any TWaB news articles. Sorry if this is bad news for you. -

Good to see I finished the raid 30 minutes into the contest extension and got screwed over while people that took 40 hours got the emblem.
